From public brand signals to a focused AI visibility plan
A useful report turns scattered public information into a short list of visibility priorities.
An audit is only valuable when it changes the next conversation. The point of looking at public brand signals is to decide what deserves attention first—not to create a longer checklist.
Separate strengths from dependencies
Some signals are already clear: a well-structured catalogue, strong product positioning, or a credible review footprint. Others are dependencies: missing information, inconsistent copy, weak category context, or no visible evidence for a claim.
Prioritise by customer question
Start with the questions most likely to matter to a buyer. A gap is more urgent when it prevents a potential customer from discovering the brand, understanding a product, or comparing it confidently.
Keep the output actionable
A good first report should leave a team with a small number of concrete follow-ups. These may sit with product, content, commerce, customer experience, or an external agency—but everyone should be working from the same public picture.
